Description

High quality flexible led strips with different dimensions and performances. Standard and waterproof strip models with SMD leds 3528 or 5060 types as main lighting sources. Also strip models with 5 mm or TOP HAT led diodes are available. Flexibility and accesories range make these models suitable for wide range of lighting decorative purposes with saving energy as main target.

What makes our led strips different?

Fistable, 25 years experience in leds field of FULLWAT staff is used in product development to remark following points:

1. Double side back adhesive is model 200MP and supplied by 3M manufacturer. This is a polyester film type with highest thermal and chemical performances. Refuse those strips manufactured with 3M fake adhesives.
2. PCB design from FULLWAT led strips is original and different from other designs which are universal in market and used by many competitors, copied one each other. This PCB advantage is remarked in following highest quality characteristics:
   • PCB is rolled copper type over thicker substrate (0.07mm). This is the best way to get best cooling factor, smaller current drop and lowest lighting leakage. Strip front face is covered with acrylic film white color layer to improve light reflection.
   • Soldering pads are bigger and exact size. The pads shape is the same as components used over them. Soldering paste is level 3 silver grade, the highest one. So we avoid current loss by paste excess or paste low quality.
   • These improvements make working temperature up to 10ºC lower depending on application. Life span can be improved 90% with less working temperature.
3. All models are assembled with major led brands strictly BIN selected for high performance in lighting and color rate terms, over optimized pad PCB design with white face resine for best lighting results. Whole range of models are also available with IP67 waterproof protection.
